Things you should know
The Garden House Studio is exactly that: one room living with an outdoor aspect, small but perfectly formed.
The bed folds-down, ready-made, stowed in a discreet cupboard and then easily folds away again whenever
you’re up; comfy, premium & practical. Cooking in the small but thoroughly modern & well equipped kitchen,
is with a 2 burner ceramic hob and combination microwave oven. New PV Solar Panels provide a sustainable
electricity source & we provide free local logs for the woodstove. The Garden House Studio is situated close
to our family home but still enjoys privacy indoors and outdoors away from any roads. Mobile reception and
free WiFi is ok; Private parking right next to the ’Studio; Pets unfortunately can’t be accepted.
(50% deposit payable on booking and balance 8 weeks prior to arrival).
